From legendary producer Fred Olen Ray and producer-director Henrique Couto comes “Boggy Creek The Series,” continuing the legacy of Arkansas most infamous cryptid!
Over the course of the series, which was written by Olen Ray and Horror Fuel’s own Dan Wilder (Ouija Room), will follow the exploits of Roger and Sarah, two field members of “The American Yeti Project”, as they hunt for the elusive, Bigfoot, the Beast of Boggy Creek. But the Sasquatch isn’t all that’s lurking in Boggy Creek, as our heroes must contend with a serial killer, escaped convicts, a maniacal living scarecrow… and more!
The series stars Eric Roberts, Joni Durian, Mike Hilinski, Geoff Burkman, Joe Kidd, and horror veteran Brinke Stevens (Tales from the Darkside).
Wilder, who writes for Horror Fuel under the name DanXIII, penned the script for episodes 3, 4, 5, and 6 for the series’ first season. Wilder is a budding genre writer, producer, and director who already has six titles under his belt, including Mercury Screams, Babysitter Massacre: Heavy Metal, and the upcoming film Hexann.
