HBO has unveiled the first teaser for “The Undoing” from Academy and Emmy Award-winning director of The Night Manager, Susanne Bier, and the Emmy Award-Winning creator of “Big Little Lies”, David E. Kelley.
In the limited series, starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant, following a violent death and chain of terrible revelations, Grace (Kidman) is horrified by the ways in which she has failed to heed her own advice. Grace must dismantle one life and create another for her child (Noah Jupe) and her family.
Donald Sutherland and Edgar Ramirez also star in “The Undoing“, directed by Bier and written by Kelley, who also serves as showrunner. Susanne Bier, David E. Kelley, Nicole Kidman, Per Saari, Bruna Papandrea, Stephen Garrett, and Celia Costas serve as executive producers for the series based on the novel “You Should Have Known,” by Jean Hanff Korelitz.
“The Undoing” premieres on HBO this May.
