While the Covid-19 pandemic may have stopped somethings, it couldn’t stop directors Matthew Festle and Matt Leal from making their film Hacked, written by Matthew and John Festle.While honoring Covid-19 stay at home orders, 3 Keys Media and Flick Fanatics Audio developed a feature-length film that they could shoot under strict social distance and precautions related to the pandemic.
Matthew Festle, Jackson Turner (Jason Thunder: Legends), Shawn C. Phillips (Dead Ant, YouTuber- Coolduder), Alan Maxson (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Blade The Iron Cross), and Thom Mulligan (The Witching Hour) star in this one of a kind film.
In Hacked, “Michael and Darren have a very successful true-crime podcast. But when trying to get one of their biggest guests yet turns into a bizarre obsession for Michael, the lines between nightmare and reality begin to blur.”
Alexys Paonessa, Matt Leal, John Festle, and Matthew Festle serve as producers.
As the independent film wraps up post-production, a release date is expected at the end of the summer. In the meantime, check out the first trailer for Hacked.
