Things get bloody in the new trailer for writer-director Brea Grant‘s (After Midnight) comedy laced horror-thriller 12 Hour Shift in which Angela Bettis (Carrie, The Woman) makes her return to the genre.


It’s 1998 and over the course of one night at an Arkansas hospital, a junkie nurse, her scheming cousin and a group of black market organ-trading criminals get caught up in a heist gone wrong.


David Arquette, Chloe Farnworth, Nikea Gamby-Turner, and Kit Williamson also star.


Christina Arquette, David Arquette, Jordan Wayne Long, Tara Perry, and Matt Glass produced 12 Hour Shift which features original music by Matt Glass.
