With the pandemic causing chaos and delays with the film and TV industry we are left with questions to what will be renewed and what will be canceled. Today, we’ve got some good news, Netflix’s hit series “Locke & Key” is confirmed to be returning for season two and we’ve got an update.

Carlton Cuse told IGN earlier this week that the team of writers are currently hard at work on the show’s second season, which Netflix has already months ago green-lighted.

As for the cast of the adaptation of Joe Hill‘s graphic novel, Jackson Robert Scott will be returning as Connor Jessup. Lyla De Oliveri and Darby Stanchfield are also expected to return and will be joined by Sherri Saum as Ellie Whedon, Emilia Jones as Kinsley Locke, and Gryphon Gluck as Gabe.

The series is said to pick up right after the events in season one. We can expect it to return sometime in 2021. If you haven’t watched the first season of the fantastic series, now is the time. We highly recommend it.
