Alex Garland has made quite the name for himself in the horror genre with films like 28 Days Later, Ex Machina, the sci-fi horror Annihilation, and Hulu’s series “Devs.” Now he’s back with a new film which he not only wrote but will also direct.
Titled Men, the movie is from A24, the same distributor that released Ex Machina in 2014, Deadline reports.
Word is, Jessie Buckley (I’m Thinking of Ending Things) and Rory Kinnear (“Penny Dreadful”) are currently in talks to star.
All we know about the plot so far is that the film centers on a young woman who goes on a solo vacation to the English countryside after the death of her ex-husband.
