The new thriller series “The Grave” has just premiered exclusively on TOPIC. If you haven’t seen it or heard about it, let us fill you in.
Written and directed by high-profile Israeli showrunner Omri Givon following When Heroes Fly which just won the best series award at Canneseries, “The Grave,” an eight-part mystery drama series, is set in the aftermath of an earthquake. The mystery lies in the discovery of three human skeletons which are found at the bottom of a huge pit inside a nature reserve. But things get complicated when the test results indicate that these skeletons are those of individuals who are still alive.
Liana Ayun, Nadav, Netz, Shalom Michaelshwilli, Tsahi Halevi, and Michal Kalman star.
The series, which was nominated for Best Drama Series at 2019 Awards of the Israeli Television Academy, resembles popular shows such as “Fringe,” “Dark,” “Lost,” “The OA,” “12 Monkeys,” and “Looper”.
