The highly anticipated sequel A Quiet Place Part II‘s release date has already been rescheduled several times, like many films, with the most recent release date being September. However, we’ve got great news, the film’s arrival has now been bumped up to this May.
John Krasinski returns as director and actor. He also co-wrote the script along with Scott Beck. Emily Blunt, Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe, and Djimon Hounsou also star in the sequel to the critically acclaimed 2018 film.

Part II finds the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) now facing the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path. The origin story is also revealed in the form of flashbacks.
Word is, Paramount is already working on a third film for the franchise.
A Quiet Place Part II premieres on May 28, 2021.
