Universal Pictures and Warner Bros began to work on separate projects almost simultaneously, leading to a dispute over film rights. Eventually, they passed to Paramount Pictures in 2017.


Working as a pair, Edgin (Chris Pine) and Holga (Michelle Rodriguez) stole a very unique item. However, they didn’t recognize that their actions freed the unprecedented evil. To prevent dramatic events, they must return the artifact to its original place.
