Around here, we are big fans of the completely FREE streaming service Tubi. In fact, the last movie I executive produced, 13 Slays Till X-Mas, is streaming now it.

Not only does Tubi have indie horror films, but they also have big-budget movies. We’ve compiled a list of 5 must-see horror movies you need to watch on Tubi now.

The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016)

This brilliant and underrated movie, one of my favorites, centers on a father and son, both coroners, who are pulled into a complex mystery while attempting to identify the body of a young woman harboring dark secrets.

Last Shift (2014)

This underrated gem follows a rookie cop’s 1st shift alone on the last night of a closing police station. Watch as her night turns into a living nightmare.

Watch Last Shift before the remake, Malum, is released, and be sure to check out our interview with the director, Anthony DiBlasi, and its star Natalie Victoria.

Burying the Ex  (2014)

This horror comedy sees a young man lose his girlfriend, or at least he thought he did. As he tries to move on, his zombified ex returns to wreak havoc on his life.

Anton Yelchin, Ashley Greene, and Alexandra Daddario star in the horror comedy directed by Joe Dante.

Mandy (2018)

Nicholas Cage gives one of his best performances to date in this action-packed, brutal movie.

The enchanted lives of a couple in a secluded forest are brutally shattered by a nightmarish hippie cult and their demon-biker henchmen, propelling a man into a spiraling, surreal rampage of vengeance.

Freaks (2018)

In this great indie film, directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, “A bold girl discovers a bizarre, threatening, and mysterious new world beyond her front door after she escapes her father’s protective and paranoid control.”
