Dan Stevens (The Guest) is the latest star to sign on for Radio Silence’s upcoming “untitled monster thriller” for Universal.
Stevens joins Melissa Barrera, who starred in Radio Silence’s two Scream films, and Alisha Weir (Matilda: The Musical).
THR states, “The project was at one point titled Dracula’s Daughter. That project centered on a group of kidnappers who abduct a band of young people, one of whom is the titular character. Woe then betides the kidnappers. Weir is playing the kidnappee who proves to be more than she appears, with Barrera playing one of the kidnappers.”
Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett are directing. Chad Villella and William Sherak, Paul Neinstein, and James Vanderbilt of Project X Entertainment serve as producers.
Stephen Shields penned the script for the mysterious movie with Guy Busick making revisions.
