One of the wildest movies released this year is Cocaine Bear (review). If you haven’t had the chance to see it yet, we have great news; it’s finally coming to Prime Video after premiering on Peacock and AppleTV this past April.
Directed by Elizabeth Banks (“The Boys”), the movie finds an oddball group of cops, criminals, tourists, and teens converging in a Georgia forest where a 500-pound predator has ingested a staggering amount of cocaine and gone on a coke-fueled rampage for more blow … and blood. The craziest part? The movie was inspired by a true story.
Keri Russell, Ray Liotta, Alden Ehrenreich, O’Shea Jackson, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson star in this fun flick written by Jimmy Warden (The Babysitter: Killer Queen).
The movie was such a hit that it has gone on to inspire a myriad of drug-fueled creature features such as Cocaine Cougar, Cocaine Shark, and Meth Gator.
Cocaine Bear sinks its teeth into Prime Video on August 15, 2023.
