We love podcasts here at HorrorFuel.com. I listen to them all day while I work to bring you the latest in horror news. There’s one podcast that I stumbled upon that should definitely be on your radar, “The Lesser Dead.”
“The Lesser Dead” is a scripted horror podcast from Echoverse Studios and is an adaptation of Chris Buehlmann’s 2014 novel of the same name.
The series features the incredible voice talents of Minnie Driver (The Witcher: Blood Origin), Jack Kilmer (The Nice Guys), Danny Huston (AHS: Coven), and Saul Rubinek (Hunters).
In “The Lesser Dead,” for Joey Peacock (Jack Kilmer), life as a vampire in 1978 New York City isn’t half bad. He lives in the tunnels of the city with his unconventional family led by the fearsome Margaret McMannis (Minnie Driver) and spends his evenings reveling in the abundant pleasures the city has to offer. That is, until one night, when Joey witnesses something on a routine subway ride that turns his world upside-down.
Sink your fangs into “The Lesser Dead,” now playing on Apple Podcasts.
