Shudder is releasing a horde of great horror films as part of their “Shocked by Shudder” programming, including the next installment of the hit V/H/S franchise, V/H/S/85, which is out Today.
In the film, “an ominous mixtape blends never before seen snuff footage with nightmarish newscasts and disturbing home video to create a surreal, analog mashup of the forgotten 80s.”
V/H/S/85 features some major talent behind the camera. Directors include David Bruckner (HELLRAISER, THE NIGHT HOUSE), Scott Derrickson (THE BLACK PHONE, SINISTER), Gigi Saul Guerrero (BINGO HELL, CULTURE SHOCK), Natasha Kermani (LUCKY), and Mike Nelson (WRONG TURN). Joshua Goldbloom, Brad Miska, David Bruckner, Radio Silence, James Harris, Michael Schrieber, and Adam Boorstin produce.
