Hollywood heavyweights James Franco (Spring Breakers) and Tommy Lee Jones (The Fugitive) are teaming up for the upcoming action thriller The Razor’s Edge.
Franco stars as a former mob hitman desperate to leave his violent past behind. But when his daughter is kidnapped and his lover targeted, he’s dragged back into the underworld. Forced to accept one final, high-stakes mission, he becomes entangled in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with a ruthless assassin.
Demian Lichtenstein (3000 Miles to Graceland) directs the film from a script he co-wrote with Vance Duplechin. Producer Corey Large (Paradise City, It Follows) brings his expertise to the project, with seasoned executive producer Kirk Shaw (The Hurt Locker) lending his support.
The film boasts an impressive cast and crew. Franco, known for his diverse roles in Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, and 127 Hours, brings his acting chops to the table. Tommy Lee Jones, an Oscar winner for his role in No Country for Old Men, adds his undeniable screen presence.
BondIt Media Capital finances the film, with Matthew Helderman (Clerks III) and a team of executive producers at the helm. Red Sea Media handles international sales, and production kicks off in Georgia later this month.
