New Line and Warner Bros. are ready to swallow your soul again. The sixth entry in the iconic franchise, Evil Dead Burn, is set for a summer release. The first teaser arrived just over a week ago; now we’ve got a new image.
A fresh photo from ComicBook.com reveals Luciane Buchanan (The Night Agent) in full Deadite glory. She looks absolutely terrifying and ready to ruin someone’s afternoon.
Till Death Do Us Part (Or Not)
Sébastien Vaniček (Infested) directs this new blood-soaked chapter. He co-wrote the screenplay with his Infested collaborator, Florent Bernard. As for the star, Souheila Yacoub (Dune: Part Two) leads as Alice, who is grieving the recent loss of her husband. She seeks peace at her in-laws’ secluded family home. Unfortunately, the Necronomicon rarely respects a “Do Not Disturb” sign.
Her family members begin transforming into Deadites one by one. And Alice soon learns that her marriage vows carry a heavy price. Death is clearly just the beginning of her problems.
A Cast Worth Dying For
The ensemble features several familiar faces from the horror world. The large ensemble features Tandi Wright (Pearl), Hunter Doohan (“Wednesday”), and Errol Shand (Deathgasm). It doesn’t stop there. Maude Davey (The Leftovers), George Pullar (Stonefish), and Greta Van Den Brink (Territory) round out the cast.
The Evil Dead Legacy
Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert are producing through Ghost House Pictures. Bruce Campbell is back, but this time, he and Lee Cronin are serving as executive producers. Romel Adam and Jose Canas join them. Both producers previously worked on the hit Evil Dead Rise.
The horror does not stop here, either. Francis Galluppi’s next installment, Evil Dead Wrath, already has a date. Fans can expect that film to arrive on April 7, 2028.
Head to theaters on July 10, 2026, to witness more Evil Dead carnage.
