TThe Horror Section is slashing its way to a theater near you. The premier genre brand just announced the wide theatrical release of Stiletto. This provocative new slasher stars horror darling Gigi Gustin.
Funded by the Hustle
However, this isn’t your average studio film. Gustin independently financed the project with her earnings from her time as a former exotic dancer. Talk about dedication. She poured her own lived realities into this glittery, blood-soaked revenge story.
“Dollar by dollar, night after night… I finally made STILETTO happen,” Gustin shared. “I can’t think of a better time to run for my life in eight-inch heels across a thousand screens!”
The Killer Plot
So, what is this nightmare about? In Stiletto, a serial killer with a very specific kink is “afoot.” One year after an exotic dancer’s brutal murder, the killer begins stalking performers. His goal? Feeding a perverse collection of high-heeled pumps.
Eli Roth Gives His Blessing
Horror royalty Eli Roth serves as a producer. He is absolutely singing Gustin’s praises.
The script: “One of the most fun, original, and exciting slasher films I have ever seen.”
On Gustin: “Her performance, both in front of and behind the camera, announces an exciting new talent.”
On the killer: “A new masked killer that harkens back to the classics.”
Director Samuel Gonzalez Jr., an Iraq War veteran, brought the vision to life. He promises a “seductive neon fever dream soaked in blood.”
A Killer Ensemble
The cast is packed with familiar faces ready for the slaughter. The names include Charlotte McKinney (Baywatch) and Colleen Camp (Euphoria). They are joined by Meghan Carrasquillo (Lookout), Stephen Blackehart (Superman), and Pancho Moler (31, 3 from Hell).
Get ready for a sexy slasher. Stiletto dances into theaters on October 30, 2026. It’s the perfect pre-Halloween date night.
What’s Next for The Horror Section?
