Just when you thought the slasher sub-genre couldn’t get any weirder, along comes a killer in a diaper.
Lightbulb Film Distribution has announced that Big Baby—the new meta-slasher written and directed by Powerman 5000 mastermind Spider One—will make its official UK premiere at Tubi FrightFest London on August 27, 2026.
And if the premise wasn’t wild enough, legendary Oscar-winner Cher serves as Executive Producer on the project.
A Stacked Genre Cast
The film packs an absolute powerhouse roster of horror favorites. It stars Brandon Scott (Descendent), Krsy Fox (Little Bites), Catherine Corcoran (Terrifier), and David Howard Thornton (best known as Art the Clown in the Terrifier franchise). The film marks a reunion for Spider One and actors Adam Marcinowski and Chaz Bono (American Horror Story), whom we interviewed about the film Bury the Bride.
The plot follows a writer whose recurring nightmares about a maniacal killer wearing a baby mask inspire his latest screenplay. But as his personal life begins to spiral off the rails, he makes a terrifying discovery: Big Baby’s blood-soaked rampage isn’t just staying on the page.
