The film follows a group of troubled couples expecting a quiet weekend of relationship counseling, herbal relaxation, and spiritual bonding. Instead, a potent cocktail of cannabis-fueled rituals, petty grievances, and questionable choices summons Smokee. He’s a knife-wielding demon bear with zero patience for poor communication skills. Whitman (Unnatural) described the film as a passion project built on raw imagination. Also, he noted that the movie embraces its handmade, offbeat personality with total commitment.
