Action-horror comedy Christmas at the Kringles has officially unveiled its wild trailer. Directed by Kevin Lewis, who previously helmed Willy’s Wonderland, the genre-bending holiday feature hits movie theaters nationwide this October.

A Twisted Holiday Neighborhood

The narrative follows the Seversons, a hopeful family starting fresh inside a quiet suburban neighborhood. Their next-door neighbors, the Kringles, celebrate Christmas year-round. While their holiday enthusiasm initially appears charming, parents Mark and Julie quickly grow concerned about their son’s unsettling attachment to the neighbors.

A Festive Fight for Survival

Following a heated confrontation, Mark walks next door to bring his loved ones back home. Instead of festive cheer, he uncovers the Kringles’ sinister plot to hypnotize and indoctrinate his entire family. As a result, Mark embarks on a high-stakes rescue mission alongside a rogue, badass Santa Claus played by Rob Riggle to save his family from total brainwashing.

Ensemble Cast and Production Details

Ron Livingston leads the production alongside Rob Riggle, Rachel Bilson, Arden Myrin, and Beverly D’Angelo, who also starred in the holiday film Violent Night. David Wain joins them. Thomas Lennon and Donald Faison round out the talented cast. Screenwriter Zack Imbrogno penned the original script, delivering a zany mixture of action, dark humor, and seasonal bloodshed.

Christmas is coming early this year; Christmas at the Kringles hits theaters on October 30, 2026.
