Meta has officially announced I Let You In, an upcoming six-episode spinoff series set within the popular Talk to Me universe. Filmed in Spain, the immersive virtual reality project recently wrapped production and will premiere in Spring 2027 exclusively on Meta Quest headsets and Meta VR Glasses.

A Deadly Virtual High

The storyline follows a group of young travelers chasing the ultimate party scene across Ibiza. Their vacation takes a terrifying turn when they discover an embalmed hand that lets them communicate with spirits. Consequently, the group becomes addicted to the supernatural high of spirit possession, completely unaware of the lethal consequences awaiting them.

Cast and Creative Team

The cast features Aubri Ibrag, Charlotte Maggi, Sofia Hublitz, Julio Peña, Raff Law, and Charlie Hiscock as the doomed travelers. Director Craig William Macneill helmed all six episodes, based on scripts by Trent Atherton. Original franchise creators Danny and Michael Philippou also serve as executive producers alongside showrunner Darren Brandl.

Expanding an Iconic Franchise

I Let You In marks a major technological step for the horror franchise following the global success of the 2022 original film. Using advanced 3D technology, the series lets viewers experience the terror of spirit possession from a deeply personal perspective. Meanwhile, the Philippou brothers continue developing a direct-to-video sequel alongside this virtual reality experience.
