If you think your day at the office was bad, imagine waking up with complete amnesia, a fresh corpse in your bathtub, and half the city’s criminal underworld battering down your door.

The final trailer for Bad Day at the Office has officially arrived. And it offers an immersive, front-row seat to pure cinematic madness. The turbo-charged action-thriller premiered as the opening-night feature of the prestigious Midnight Madness section at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. And now, it’s heading to theaters this October.

A High-Octane First-Person Experience

Shot entirely from a first-person perspective utilizing specialized GoPro camera rigs, the film completely transforms the traditional action-thriller format. View every bone-crunching strike, high-speed vehicle pursuit, and massive explosion through the main character’s eyes. By ditching traditional camera setups, the production immerses viewers in the center of the conflict. It makes the audience feel less like passive observers and more like active players in a video game.

A High-Stakes Narrative Built on Amnesia and Survival

The story kicks off when Karl regains consciousness inside a wrecked hotel suite. The intense headache he is experiencing has nothing to do with alcohol. He retains zero memory of his identity, location, or past. However, the situation rapidly escalates from disorienting to deadly when he discovers a body in the bathtub, just as police begin battering down the door.

Forced into an uneasy alliance with a hotel maid named Molly, Karl flees into a lethal web of corrupt law enforcement, shadowy global conspiracies, and relentless hitmen. To survive the night, he must rely on lethal combat skills he didn’t know he had.

A Stacked Cast Enters the Fray

Director Chee Keong Cheung has assembled an impressive ensemble cast to navigate the chaos. John Hannah (The Mummy) leads the lineup in a brutally frantic, physical performance that marks a bold departure from his previous work.

Joining him in the crosshairs are Radha Mitchell (Pitch Black, Silent Hill). Lana Parrilla (Once Upon a Time) and Tamer Hassan (The Football Factory) also star. The cast includes genre favorites such as Tim Fellingham (Final Destination 5), Roxanne McKee (Game of Thrones), Branko Tomović (24: Live Another Day), and Victor Gardener (Fast & Furious 6).

Coming Soon

Viewers can watch the full trailer for Bad Day at the Office now, then clock in for the ultimate cinematic workday in US, UK, and Irish theaters on October 30.
