Some high school reunions involve awkward small talk at an Applebee’s. Others involve breaking into a houseful of vengeful, mid-century specters itching to complete a ritualistic blood sacrifice. Prepare for the ultimate reunion party from hell. Directed by Rel Howery, the horror comedy Haunted Heist serves up a frantic, high-stakes collision of bad choices, home invasion, and demonic activity.

A High-Stakes Heist Meets Spectral Terror

The setup is classic: four old friends decide that standard nostalgia isn’t cutting it. However, their reunion night takes a sharp right turn into a high-stakes house robbery.

Their target is an imposing, secluded mansion bursting with untraceable wealth. The snag? The mansion’s original 1950s owners never actually left. They’ve just been hanging out in the afterlife, waiting for the right moment to host a proper demonic ritual.

The crew quickly realizes they aren’t just robbing a house. They’re the main course in an ethereal sacrificial pact. Now, trapped with a cabal of vintage ghosts, the four have to put their petty squabbles aside. They must use whatever weapons they can find in the kitchen, and fight like hell to see sunrise.

Comedy Heavyweights Are In The House

Haunted Heist marks a major directorial turn for Rel Howery, who brings his signature rapid-fire comedic timing behind the camera while leading the charge in front of it.

Joining Howery in the spectral crosshairs is an all-star ensemble. It features Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip, The Afterparty), Andrew “King Bach” Bachelor (The Babysitter, Meet the Blacks), and Karlous Miller (Wild’ N Out, The 85 South Show).

Rounding out the cast are Ari Dayan and Brett Gelman (Stranger Things), ensuring that every scene is packed with unhinged energy and sharp comedic riffs.

The film is written by Carl Reid, based on an original story by Josh Feldman and Sean King O’Grady.

How & When to Watch

Whether you’re looking to stream it or grab a copy for your horror shelf, Haunted Heist is rolling out across platforms. Watch it on Digital and On Demand today, Tuesday, August 4, 2026, or possess your copy on DVD come Tuesday, September 15.

So, keep your flashlights charged, leave the ancient artifacts where you found them, and don’t look back when the vintage music starts playing on its own.
