A massive new collectible has surfaced for the upcoming film Godzilla Minus Zero. And the iconic kaiju on screen isn’t the only thing taking on supersized proportions. Exhibition company SATO gave attendees at EXPOCINE an exclusive first look at a new Godzilla-shaped popcorn bucket that left them in shock. While official measurements haven’t been released, attendees describe the collectible as “enormous.” Images show it taking up an entire display table. Unlike with previous films, the bucket isn’t just a head. It’s a full recreation of the iconic creature. Fans can access their snack through a hatch on the titan’s back.

While we are still waiting to learn the price and measurements, we do know this must-have collectible comes out when the towering King of the Monsters returns to theaters this November. Hence, we urge you to snag yours the moment they go on sale because they will most definitely sell out fast.

A Technical Milestone for Japanese Cinema

Godzilla Minus Zero marks a historic technical achievement. It is the first-ever Japanese film production shot in Japan for IMAX. The production aims to deliver an unparalleled visual and auditory experience all while keeping you on the edge of your seat.

Visionary Director and Core Cast Return

Oscar-winning filmmaker Takashi Yamazaki returns to helm the sequel. He’s once again pulling triple duty as director, screenwriter, and visual effects supervisor. Reprising their lead roles from Godzilla Minus One, Ryunosuke Kamiki and Minami Hamabe return as the story shifts into an escalating era of kaiju devastation.

A Nation Pushed to the Brink

Set in 1949, two years after the harrowing events of its predecessor, the story picks up as Japan struggles to rebuild. However, just as the nation begins to reclaim a fragile stability, an unstoppable new terror emerges from the depths. Now, facing an unprecedented threat, humanity is pushed to the breaking point. Survival hangs in the balance, and Godzilla may be the world’s only hope.

Theatrical Release Details

The epic blockbuster officially stomps into cinemas on November 6, 2026. Fans looking to refresh their memory can now stream Godzilla Minus One on Netflix and Prime Video.
