Millie Bobby Brown, aka Eleven from Stranger Things and the kid who rapped “Monster” on Jimmy Fallon, had a huge year in 2016, landing worldwide fame and a starring role in the upcoming Godzilla: King of the Monsters. But before she played a little girl with strange powers on Stranger Things, Brown auditioned for a different little girl with strange powers on Logan.

X-23, who was eventually played to great effect by Daphne Keen, is a little badass with all the powers of Wolverine; healing factor, unbreakable bones, and of course most famously some vicious claws. While Brown kills a good handful of soldiers on Stranger Things, Eleven never shows half the viciousness of the throat slicing, eyeball gouging X-23. Keen was great in the role, but I can’t be alone and wondering what Brown would have brought to the role. Logan/Stranger Things cross over anyone? Probably not, but a man can dream.
