Horror icon Lin Shaye (the Insidious franchise) is set to stars in the suspense thriller Room for Rent, directed by Tommy Stovall. Today, we’ve got a first look at the film to share with you.
Shaye plays Joyce, a lonely widow who rents out a room in her home, becoming obsessed with one of her guests.
Oliver Rayon, Valeska Miller, Ryan Ochoa, Linda Cuchma, Casey Nicholas Price, and Tonya June Moore co-star in the film written by Stuart Flack.
Room for Rent was picked up by Uncork’d Entertainment at AFM.
