Hot off the heels of his Oscar nomination for Minari, Steven Yeun (“The Walking Dead”, Mayhem) has entered negotiations to star in Jordan Peel’s upcoming horror movie, Deadline reports. Yeun will star alongside Keke Palmer (“Scream”) and Get Out‘s Daniel Kaluuya.
While most of the details and plot are still being kept secret, we’ve heard that Peele is aiming for the movie to be “scarier than both Get Out and Us.” We also know that Peele both wrote the script and will direct, as well as produce the film under his Monkeypaw Productions banner.
The still-untitled movie is set to arrive on July 22, 2022. We’ll keep you posted.
