Opening in select theaters, and coming to Digital and On Demand, this Halloween is The Domestic, a dark, horror-filled tale set in urban Johannesburg.

The film stars Thuli Thabethe (Happiness is a Four-Letter Word), Amanda Du-Pont (Netflix South African Thriller Mini Series “Shadow,” “Little Big Mouth,” “10 Days in Sun City”), Tusmisho Masha (Bounce TV Drama Series “Saints & Sinners,” “Prey,” “Catch a Fire,” “Beyond Borders”), Ane Meas (Kite, Tarzan and the Lost City, Showmax Series “Binnelanders”), Linda Sebozo (SAFTA Award Winning series “Gauteng Maboneng”), Andil Mbatha (South African Youth Drama Series “Tshisa”), and Faith Baloy (Flatland, Showmax Action Series “Blood Psalms”).
From Level 33 Entertainment and 33 Films in association with TAMPA (The African Motion Picture Alliance), comes a terrifying new vision in South African horror from award-winning writer/director Brad Katzen (SAFTA Winner Best Made-For-TV-Film “Stick-Up,” SAFTA Winner Best TV Comedy Series “Thulani No Thuli”), produced by Award-Winning South African and Television Producers: Shaun Naidoo (SAFTA Winner Best Made-For-TV-Film “Stick-Up”), Ari Stiller (“Stick-Up”), Bradley Katzen, and Tumisho Masha. The film was photographed by award-winning cinematographer Motheo Moeng (SASC).
The Domestic opens in theaters on October 21, 2022, as well as debuting on Digital and Demand the same day, from Level 33 Entertainment.
