This is a Spoiler Free article! Ninja Theory has released on Xbox One today their hit game Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice that received positive reviews when it was on PlayStation 4 and PC. Ninja Theory allowed me to play the Xbox One version early and write a review for it. After finally completing the game, all I can say is the last time I’ve ever played a game that made me sit back and say “Wow…” after completing it was Shadow of the Colossus on PlayStation 2 back in 2006. The following are my final thoughts on Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice a game that’s both haunting and beautiful. It’s no big secret; the storyline’s core is about Senua’s mental health, this would make her relatable to the 1 in 5 American adults who suffer from all ranges of mental illnesses. The developers kept it no secret that Senua suffers from Psychosis, right now you’re probably thinking negatively of her thanks in part

Richard Neil, best known for his work as Aratak in the best-selling video game ‘Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds’ and for such films and TV series as “Veronica Mars” and “Eli Stone”, stars in the upcoming supernatural thriller Prodigy, a film about a psychologist who engages a dangerous, young genius in a battle of wits — unaware of the supernatural power the girl possesses, or that her life hangs in the balance. Neil was kind enough to take us inside Prodigy and answer a few of my questions about both the film and his career. Horror Fuel: “: How did your work in theater prepare you for your acting career?” Richard Neil: “Well, for me, it’s getting over yourself, and trying to conquer one’s nerves. Relaxation and staying present really is the secret. Being “in the moment” as they say, not anticipating what is to come. Even though you’ve rehearsed it a thousand times, doing whatever it takes to

First off, no, it’s not a new level. In fact, it’s a place players of the game DON’T want to go. The multiplayer-based game Friday the 13th: The Game has a group of players taking on the role of “councilors” at Camp Crystal Lake while another player is selected to be the behemoth masked killer Jason who hunts them down and kills them. Players can escape different ways from the camp only when they complete the right tasks to accomplish the chosen method of escape. Of course, like any other online game players deal with the second most despised online player gamers hate encountering, “the salty”. In gaming, “salty” describes a player who gets upset at losing or being out-played by another player this immediately then leads them to turn into the next type of gamer people hate encountering online, the rager. A “rager” is a player who is enraged who usually stays in a state of rage for the

Like Pokémon Go? Like Jurassic Park (World)? What if the two met and have an awesome lovechild? Well, they did and it’s called Jurassic World Alive! Like Pokémon Go, the mobile game allows users to explore their surroundings looking for Dinosaurs and capturing them. Along with collecting dinosaurs, users will be able to create their own dinosaur hybrids and pit their creations in battles against other players. What sets this game apart from Pokémon Go is that players can still collect dinos from the comfort of their own home using an in-game drone that extracts their DNA. The game at launch will have 100 dinosaur species with other species added to the game over time. The game is available for iOS and Android devices and can be registered HERE.

Fans of the Metal Gear game series should be excited to hear that starting in October 2018 the official Metal Gear orchestral series that’s normally in Japan will be making its debut in the US before going to Europe. 70 musicians will be performing songs in sync with a large HD screen that will be playing scenes from the Metal Gear games themselves. Along with the background music, they’ll perform other songs like “Main Theme”, “Encounter”, and “Father and Son”. Singer Donna Burke who’s performed many times on the Metal Gear soundtracks will also be performing memorable songs like “The Best is Yet to Come”, “Snake Eater”, and “Heavens Divide”. Currently in development by Teamkill Studio comes a survival horror game that will take players deep beneath the ruins of a great kingdom where horrors await in Lorn. The game will be in first-person and from what was seen in the teaser trailers players will have to traverse deadly obstacles, and using stealth to avoid being attacked by enemies very much like Amnesia: The Dark Descent. These beings promised to grant the king immortality if he harvested the souls. Voss stole the artifact and is on a quest to hide it as deep as he can go in the old
