The name Bendy entered the social conciseness back in 2017 thanks to multiple youtube playthrough videos of the quirky and dark tale of the Mickey Mouse-like character Bendy the Demon and the cursed studio that created him. With a heavy viral following that spawned an array of children’s merchandise, it was clear that a sequel had to be made, and I had to dive into this inky rabbit hole. Grab a can of bacon soup, this is Bendy the Dark Revival. I want to thank Joey Drew Studios for the reviewing opportunity! Bendy the Dark Revival takes place in the 1970s when an animator named Audry who while staying late working on a Bendy cartoon, is brought into The Cycle, an alternate cartoonish reality where living animations live thanks to the infamous Ink Machine that’s capable of bringing cartoon characters to life. At the PlayStation State of Play, Capcom released a new trailer for the upcoming remake of Resident Evil 4. The trailer shows familiar faces as well as some new looks at some updated foes that new and old players will have to face on their journey as Leon. Along with the new foes come new locations never before explored. It’s also announced that the demo of Resident Evil 4 will be available as well as news that everyone’s favorite DLC ”The Mercenaries” will be free and coming out sometime after the main game’s release. The timing of the demo and DLC release will come at a later date. In addition to the Standard Edition of Resident Evil 4, a “Deluxe Edition” is now available for pre-order. The Deluxe Edition includes additional in-game content, including costumes, weapons, a treasure map, and more. Those who pre-order the Standard Edition will receive in-game rewards, including the “Attaché Case: Gold” and “Special Charm: Handgun

Nothing is scarier than the concept of a home invasion when someone or more come into your home forcibly, disturbing your peace and taking your peace of mind. Now imagine that through the eyes of a 13-year-old. That’s what players are expected to live through in Intruders: Hide and Seek. I want to thank Daedalic Entertainment and Tessera Studios for the reviewing opportunity! Intruders: Hide and Seek is about Ben, a 13-year-old who while staying at his family’s holiday home with his parents and little sister. The peace is shattered when three individuals, a large brutish man, a smartmouth tech-geek woman, and a disturbed man wearing a deer skull mask, force their way into the mansion taking Ben’s parents hostage. Now onto the game itself! Inti Creates has been in the game of making games since 1996 making 2D games for old, current, and new gamers that give the look and feel of old-school action Metroidvania games. Inti Creates was awesome enough to give me the opportunity to give their latest entry in their game library a try, this is Grim Guardians: Demon Purge. Grim Guardians: Demon Purge follows sister demon hunters Shinobu and Maya Kamizono as they’re going to school only to find that their high school has been turned into a demonic castle, the sisters then go into demon-hunting mode and enter the school to save their fellow students as well as unraveling the mystery as to why the demon Kurona has attacked their school. Now onto the game itself! Grim Guardians: Demon Purge‘s controls will have to take some getting used to, especially if you’re not familiar with these kinds of 2d action games (which I’ll admit I’m VERY rusty at playing).

Bloober Team has revealed today at IGN Fanfest, the release window for the latest edition to their art-themed fist-person psychological horror series, Layers of Fear. Along with the news comes more information about the game’s setting along with a new spine-tingling teaser trailer! Rooster Teeth and Panic Button today have announced the release date for Bendy and the Dark Revival, the sequel to the viral hit Bendy and the Ink Machine. The game features a Disneyesque character and animation studio plagued by darkness. In Bendy and the Dark Revival, players will take on the role of an animator named Audrey who has been unwillingly sucked into the demonic cartoonish hell of the former animation studio where she must find her way out with the help of Bendy, a mischievous devil (Mickey Mouse-like) character. The Game will introduce several new features and mechanics to deliver action-oriented gameplay. Wander the vintage cartoon studio using agility, stealth, and strategy to combat ink-tainted enemies. SOLEIL, the makers of Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker and Ninjala, along with publisher 110 Industries, has produced a game that promises to be Ninja Gaiden meets Cyberpunk, two games with two very different experiences. This is Wanted: Dead was hyped up to combine swordplay with the John Wick style of “Gun-Fu.” SOLEIL and 110 were awesome enough to let me try Wanted: Dead; I wish to thank them first before I disappoint them with my thoughts on this game… Wanted: Dead takes place in an alternate timeline where we follow the Zombie Unit, a branch of the Hong Kong Police made up of a rag-tag group of war criminals who were given their freedom in exchange for their services.
