Moira (Lina Romay) spends her time whorin’ it up and flickin’ her bean on stage… oh and torturing a woman with a curling iron to the (heavily) bearded clam to extract information regarding a stash of gold belonging to a dying Nazi general (Albino Graziani) for her sleazy boyfriend Vic (Miguel Aristu)… as any girl does. A body is found floating in a pool as mute simpleton Fenul (Juan Cózar… who also serves as our narrator, lack of speech be damned) strums his gee-tar. Thus begins another loose as a goose adaptation of the writings of pervert par excellence the Marquis De Sade as seen through the leering lens of exploitation maestro Jess Franco. Anyway, Fenul’s job seems to actually be fiddling with his instrument within the walls of his employer, the playboy Antonio’s (Robert Foster) lush mountaintop villa. Those rascally rascals over at Arrow Video have gone and collected some choice cuts of J-horror and put them in one handy dandy creepy collection with the new One Missed Call Trilogy set and your’s cruelly is going to go through that shizz step by step! In 2003’s One Missed Call, Yumi (Ko Shibasaki) and her gal pal Yoko (Anna Nagata) experience a phone call from the future featuring Yoko herself sounding like she’s in some dire fuckin’ straits! to make matters worse, ol’ Yoko finds out she can’t fly when she takes a flying leap off an overpass on the date the call originated from, and more of Yumi’s pals fall victim to a similar fearsome fate! There’s “No Salvation” In The Trailer For Russian Creature Feature ‘The Superdeep’

The trailer and first image for the Russian creature feature The Superdeep has clawed its way to the surface. In the film from writer-director Roman Karimov, “The Kola Superdeep Borehole is the most large-scale secret object of the country. In 1984, inexplicable sounds like the screams of many voices were recorded at a depth of more than 12 kilometers. In the wake of these events, the object was closed. A small research team went down below the surface to find out what secret the world’s deepest borehole was hiding. What they have found turned out to be the greatest threat in history. And the future of humanity is in their hands.” The Kola Superdeep Borehole is real. It’s located on the Kola Penninsula in the Pechengsky District. In 1989 the borehole reached a record-breaking depth of 40,230 feet, with its goal being to breach the earth’s crust. Set in 1984, the film pays homage to the genre classic The Thing.

Dark Whispers Vol 1 is an Australian film that collects previously released short horror films from female directors into one impressive anthology. Fresh spins and unique takes on classic fright-fare themes abound. Director Megan Riakos’s new wraparoundThe Book of Dark Whispers concerns a young woman (Andrea Demetriades) who finds the titular tome while going through her recently deceased mother’s belongings. It’s an effective approach that comments on how traits and baggage are handed down from one generation to another, and how they are not so easy to rid oneself of. Birthday Girl (directed by Angie Black) A ghost story about grief rather than outright horror, this gripping short about a woman (Sarah Bollenberg) who takes an elevator ride with a little girl (Michaela Teschendorff-Harden) still delivers the chills. The Man Who Caught a Mermaid (directed by Kaitlin Tinker) My favorite of the bunch, this short about an elderly fisherman (Roy Barker) whose dream of catching a mermaid comes true is

Psychological Horror Game ‘Someday You’ll Return’ Gets Release Date

Today CBE Software has announced an update about their upcoming story-driven psychological horror game Someday You’ll Return, its release date for PC! Console players don’t have to worry; the game will be coming later in 2020. Along with the release date comes a new trailer showing more of what players will be expecting as they play as Daniel, a father looking for his missing daughter Stela who ran away from home. Daniel’s search soon brings him to the Moravian forests, a place from his past where he swore he would never return to. In Someday You’ll Return, players will experience all sorts of game mechanics such as crafting, herbalism, stealth, tracking, climbing, interacting with an in-game Smartphone, and a karmic system that will affect the game’s ending.
