One of the best horror comedies of this decade, or any for that matter, is Eli Craig‘s Tucker and Dale vs Evil starring Tyler Labine and Alan Tudyk. After years of waiting, fans will be happy to learn that we haven’t seen the last of the hillbilly duo! Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition! While talking with Escape Room a few days ago Labine stated that Tucker and Dale will be back to battle evil again soon. We’re working on something right now. I wouldn’t call it a film sequel, but the story’s not done being told. I can’t really tell you much, but we’re in development with a couple of things right now. Things are looking pretty good. Alan and I are both still on board, along with Eli. We’re just trying to line up a few things. It’s just a matter of timing. We’re going to get something to the fans because that’s really the only reason

THR is reporting that The Nun‘s Gary Dauberman has signed on the pen the adaptation and executive produce the film with Wan producing. In 2004 TNT hosted a new miniseries adaptation starring Rob Lowe. But this marks the first feature film adaptation. The tale follows writer Ben Mears, who returns to his Maine hometown of Jerusalem’s Lot. But soon, he uncovers that the town is overrun with vampires. There is no word yet if the film will include King’s expansion of the novel with the short stories “Jerusalem’s Lot” and “One for the Road”. The director and cast have yet to be announced. Let’s hope they can

Joe sat down with me to talk about how he fell in love with filmmaking and effects, as well as some of his projects, and his journey. Horror Fuel: “How did you come to realize that you wanted to work in special effects?” Joe: “Basically, when I was seven-years-old, I was being babysat by my father who worked on a ranch in Texas. My mother was away for the weekend. I had a real fondness for
