Gene Simmons And WWE Studios Teaming Up For The Horror Film Temple Starring Wesley Snipes

KISS front man Gene Simmons’ company Erebus has teamed up with WWE Studios for a new film titled Temple, starring Wesley Snipes, Dave Annable, Anne Heche, and WWE superstar Seth Rollins, and will be directed by John Stockwell (Turistas), Deadline reports.

Temple, written by Matt Savelloni, follows “a team of trained operatives who find themselves trapped inside an isolated military compound after its artificial intelligence is suddenly shut down. Once inside the team begins to experience strange and horrific phenomena.”

Wesley Snipes, known for his role as the vampire slaying day-walker Blade, Had this to say about the upcoming film:

“It’s exciting to find myself in a genre I have always wanted to explore. We are looking forward to a great brand collaboration with Erebus, WWE and Gene.”

Filming for Temple begins this week. Snipes will be producing along side Simmons and WWE Studios president Michael Luisi. WWE Studios will handle North American sales with Voltage Pictures handling international markets.
