‘Liquid Death’ Murders Thirst For A Cause: Product Review
If you’re not new here you know we at Horror Fuel share a dark sense of humor that’s often shared by you the readers. Turns out there’s a company out there with the same sense of humor when it comes to their product, spring water. Let me introduce you to Liquid Death, a company and product with a unique approach to drinking spring water, by serving it in a can. “A can?” you ask, yes in a can. Liquid Death was awesome enough to share with me their head-turning product to try and all I can say is, yeah it’s water, but you kinda feel like a badass drinking it! The story behind the product is simple; Liquid Death does not want to use plastic bottles to sell their water because of the risk of the bottles ending up in the ocean along with other plastics. I know you’re saying “But plastic can be recycled!” yes and no. You can

Todd MacFarlane’s Spawn Reboot Has A New Director
We all know that Spawn creator Todd MacFarlane has been working hard on a live-action reboot starring Jamie Foxx as Spawn and Jeremy Renner as Twitch. Today, news has come from MacFarlane himself that a new presently unnamed director has come aboard the project and is now finishing up on the script. Right now it’s being polished by another writer-director from the script that we handed him. MacFarlane told BeTerrific during an interview before continuing to say, “He’s supposed to be done with it here in a few weeks, and then once we sort of go back and forth and tighten it up a little bit, then we’re going into Hollywood and we’re gonna get a yes or no. Here’s what I can tell you: I have people with money on the sidelines. There are people that are gonna help me make this movie. The question is, do we go into Hollywood, make a deal with Hollywood, go and make

Remains Discovered Of Legendary 7 Foot Tall Hellhound, The Black Shuck
Are hellhounds real? A recent archeological find may prove that some truth may be found in the legends. According to the site Ancient Codes, the remains of a 7-foot tall beast has been uncovered in the ruins of Leiston Abbey in Suffolk and may be connected to a centuries-old legend of a beast known as the Black Shuck. The name Black Shuck is believed to originate from the old English word for ”black demon”, the beast appeared as a harbinger of death and was described as a ‘giant hellhound with red burning eyes’. 500 years later, archeologists have allegedly uncovered the remains of the Black Shuck in a grave just thirty inches deep and surrounded by pottery. According to initial calculations the remains belong to a “male dog” standing at least seven feet in height and weighing around 200lbs. According to local folklore the Black Shuck attacked during a brutal storm on August 4, 1577, at Holy Trinity Church in

Movie Review: Ready Or Not (2019) Is A Bloody Good Thrill Ride
There have been many times that I’ve gotten my hopes up when it comes to big-budget horror movies, only to feel let down. Well, that certainly is not the case with the Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett directed 2019 horror flick Ready or Not. It left me feeling almost giddy. Few horror films give me that feeling these days. Samara Weaving stars as Grace, a bride eager to please her in-laws on her wedding day, not knowing that her wedding night would become a fight for survival. After the wedding Grace learns from her new husband Alex (Mark O’Brien) that there’s a unique family tradition, the couple must play a game with the family. She laughs as she draws the Hide and Seek card from a dealing box, but it’s no laughing matter. That’s when she learns that if she’s found before dawn, she will be killed. And chaos ensues. And you thought your in-laws were bad. Ready or Not

Movie Review: Board The Haunting, Adrenaline-Fueled Four Star Film ‘Mary’
When I heard about the supernatural ship film Mary I thought to myself, ‘Oh, this is going to be good.” I wasn’t wrong. Mary, set in the present day has to be inspired by the true story of the famous ship the Mary Celest, while it is not confirmed, the stories have too much in common not to be related. So, before we dive into my review let me tell you the true story of the Mary Celeste, an American ship discovered adrift in the Atlantic on December 5, 1872. Last seen on November 7, 1872, when it set sail from New York, it was found by the Canadine Brigatine Dei Gratia at partial sail. The Mary Celest was void of crew and passengers when discovered but the crew’s belongings were left in place as if they simply walked away mid-task. All of the lifeboats were missing though the vessel had no damage and there were no signs of being

DVD Review: Plaguers (2008)
The star-ship Pandora is hauling ass back to earth with an alien energy orb called Thanatos in tow. As fate would have it, their journey is interrupted by a distress signal from a craft that has been ransacked by space pirates (who enter the Pandora posing as the miniskirt and platform boots clad survivors themselves). The ruse doesn’t last long, and when push comes to shove Thanatos’ orb is cracked, and people start turning into zombie-like mutants. Before long the survivors are up to their asses in monsters and mayhem as they try and escape the interstellar hell in which they’ve found themselves! Plaguers is one hell of an independent gem, let me tell ya! Why does this flick succeed, well the reasons are numerous. For one, the cast is strong, with genre stalwart Steve Railsback (Lifeforce) turning in a solid (if derivative by necessity… more on that in a bit) performance, and Alexis Zibolis is strong as well as
