Depression is something we don’t talk enough about. Too many people struggle in silence which leads to suicide. The statistics are terrifying. Every 30 seconds someone commits suicide, over 3,000 people a day. And for every one of those, 20 more attempt it. Twenty-two veterans a day take their own life every day due to depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Those numbers are mindblowing. We need to find a way to help. Actress turned activist and author Rose McGowan, who starred in the series “Charmed” and films like Planet Terror, Grindhouse, and The Sound, recently released a letter to the public following the heartbreaking suicide of Anthony Bourdain, star of the series “No Reservations” and “Parts Unkown”. We would like to share her statement with you in hopes that you become more aware of the problem and that if you are considering suicide that you reach out for help. Movie Review: Beyond the Grave (Porto dos Mortos – 2010)
In a post apocalyptic landscape a lone black clad lawman (Rafael Tombini) wanders in search of vengeance against an outre adversary; a demonically possessed serial killer (inspired in no small way by Stephen King’s great creation Randall Flagg). Along his journey our hero takes up with two teenage castaways who tag along on his dark mission, fights monsters and magic, and attempts to retain some semblance of his humanity as he stares further into the abyss of both his quest and the world he inhabits. Highly reminiscent of the D.Y.I., punk rock aesthetic of early ’90’s genre film trailblazers such as Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino, Beyond the Grave presents a story that takes well established tropes and puts a slight spin on them, along with a kinetic energy that ends up being a bit like Mad Max meets Phantasm…a world of grim policemen in muscle cars fighting zombies and magic in dilapidated industrial districts and sprawling bucolic landscapes. Speaking

‘Jurassic World Evolution’ Review
I always wanted a pet Dinosaur when I was a kid, I think that was a common wish by most youngsters. After seeing the “Jurassic Park” films over the years I think that changed my opinion but I can live that wild dream again in the business simulation video game, “Jurassic World Evolution”. Frontier Developments was kind enough to allow me early access to the game. The game is basically like your theme park simulation games except you are dealing with dinosaurs in the “Jurassic World” universe (meaning all hell will break loose). You take on the role of a park manager on the Las Cinco Muertes (the five deaths) island where you are building a new “Jurassic World” theme park and to help you along the way is Ian Malcolm offering his opinions and advice along with other characters from the films, and yes, Jeff Goldblum is playing Malcolm! Onto the game; if you’re not familiar with business/multitasking/management type
