Terrifying New Images From ‘Insidious: The Last Key’ Arrive

The first batch of images have arrived from Insidious: The Last Key. Featuring Both Lin Shaye as Elise and Hana Hayes as young Elise, the images look terrifying. This chapter we will see Dr. Elise Rainier, a parapsychologist looking into the haunting of her own family home. Shaye revealed a few details of the film to Daily Dead. You meet Elise at a very different point in her life. It takes place right after the end of Chapter 3, when she walks off with Specs and Tucker and they’re starting their company, Spectral Sightings, and they are now living at her home. They’re like her two sons, her two bad sons. So it starts out in a very jovial, happy place and then goes downhill from there. And downhill meaning uphill, though. It’s a fantastic story and it took me back into what made Elise who she is. You meet my family, my mother, my father—we go back to my

Movie Review: Cold Moon is a Deft Blend of Southern Gothic and Slasher

What could go wrong here I ask ya: Young Margaret goes riding pell mell on her bicycle all around the small Southern town she calls home. Her grandmother (who I will get back to the deeper we go into this revoltin’ review) begins to engage in a near cataclysmic level of frettin’ which lets us know that things are going to take a turn for the lousy AF with utmost quickness. Not convinced enough? How about that foreboding wind and rain that suddenly roll on in? Or how about that murder machine of a man (who drives a hearse because ‘subtle’ is his middle name) that chucks Margaret of a bridge after strangling her. Well, I guess that last one is more like the actual deed than any sort of foreshadowing, but you know what I mean… Anyway, Margaret’s body is fished out of the water and we learn she was knocked up six ways to Sunday when she met

An Interview With Actor-Writer-Director Josh Stewart

Today, I had the pleasure of interviewing talented actor, writer, and director Josh Stewart. You might recognize Stewart from one his many roles such as ‘The Dark Knight Rises’, ‘The Walking Dead’ web series, 2012’s ‘The Collection’, ‘The Neighbor‘, 2016’s true life inspired action-thriller ‘The Finest Hours’ and the upcoming film ‘Insidious: Chapter 4‘. The kickstarter campaign has just begun on Stewart’s current project, a film he wrote, titled ‘Back Fork’. While the film is not a true horror film, it does cover subject matter that is truly horrifying, the epidemic of prescription drug addiction. Stewart wants to raise awareness of the addiction that is destroying lives all over the U.S. and affects over 15 million people a year. But I will let him tell you more. Horror Fuel: “Fans will soon be able to see you in Insidious: Chapter 4. Is there anything that you can tell us about your character?” JS: “hahaha Nah, we’re on lockdown about Insidious.
