Two Women Talk Murder In The New Clip From ‘e-Demon’

Jeremy Wechter’s e-Demon goes viral this September in select theaters and On Demand. To give you a taste of what’s to come, we have a new exclusive clip to share with you (below). The film, produced by Wechter, Michael Gonzalez, PJ Starks, and Emily Pojman, tells of an escaped demon on a dark and twisted mission that manipulates a group of friends hanging out on a video-chat. The film is craftily structured – it takes place completely on a computer screen via the webcams being shown. “Kendra, AJ, Mar, and Dwayne are old college friends who find themselves growing apart. Attempting to hang on to their good old Ohio State days, the gang gets together online for a night of stories, pranks and drinking via webcam. As the evening progresses, they unknowingly release a deviously clever demon that had been trapped for centuries in Salem, Massachusetts. Since the demon can possess multiple people at once, the group of friends must

Movie Review: e-Demon (2018)

Four online buddies are all murdered on the same night in locations all across the country, and while that would be a bit on the completely fucking weird side, a mysterious masked figure assures us that a freakin’ demon was responsible. After that totally responsible explanation we are shown the “actual” recorded chat of said event as we are introduced to our protagonists via their “not quite Skype” chitting of the chat. Things border on the mundane until one of the participants, Mar (Ryan Redebaugh) quizzes his grandmother on camera about the legend of a cursed trunk in their home’s attic…which of course that ass-hair opens with the quickness…which results in a lame prank…oh, and actually releases a demonic force. After more high-larious pranks (which aren’t) things get down to the whitchy wickedness as blood rites are performed, pentagrams magically appear on flesh, and sex and murder go hand in hand…and no one can be trusted as the evil spreads

Filmmaker P.J. Starks Talks Volumes Of Blood 3: Devil’s Knight And More

Back in 2015, I reported about the horror anthology titled Volumes of Blood from writer/director/producer P.J. Starks. Since that film, he’s been a busy man. He’s produced 18 films, made a sequel to Volumes and Blood, and directed 3 other films. Now P.J. is making the third Volumes of Blood film Volumes of Blood: Devil’s Knight. P.J. took the time out of his busy (and I mean busy) schedule to talk with us about it and a few other things. Check it out. Horror Fuel: “What made you want to become a filmmaker?” P.J.: “I’ve always been a storyteller in some form or fashion. I started with writing really early on. In the sixth grade, I wrote an alien invasion novella. I was also a huge lover of movies and as time went on it was just a natural transition from writing to filmmaking. Ultimately it was Clerks that made me say, “Hey, I could really do this.” Horror Fuel:

More VOLUMES OF BLOOD To Come In Third Film Of PJ Starks’ Anthology Series

Quick question for all my Little Monsters out there. Who LOVES a good horror anthology? I know that I do. In fact on of my favorite recent anthologies is PJ Starks’ Volumes of Blood: Horror Stories, the second in a series of horror anthologies, made for horror fans BY horror fans. According to a post on Starks’ Facebook page, it looks like Volumes of Blood will add a third film, thus ending the series as a trilogy. Of course we all know that sometimes horror franchises don’t end when they say they will, and in this case I would NOT see it as a tragedy if they decided to move past three. Despite the fact that Volumes of Blood III is in the early development stages, I’m dying to know what Starks’ “killer” concept is. The original Volumes of Blood revolved around for students who meet at a library on Halloween night, intent on creating four new urban legends. The
