Movie Review: ‘Why?’ Left Me Asking ‘Why?’

Why? that’s the new film from director Corbin Timbrook. I’ve got some thoughts, so bear with me as I try my best to express them properly in this review. Starring Natasha Henstridge (Species), Emma Bell (“The Walking Dead”), and genre staple Lance Henriksen (Aliens), Why? could best be described as a slasher. The story centers on a writer who takes off to a rental cabin, where she will stay until her boyfriend arrives a few days later not knowing she is being stalked by a killer. Where to start? You could say that some of the acting was decent (sometimes). But that’s about as far as the compliments are going to go in this review. Sorry. Here’s my problem with Why?, the entire time I was watching this movie I kept feeling like I have seen it before, then I realized, I had, sort of. If you took scenes and troupes from the main slashers, the classics, reshot them, and

Lucifer Faces His Father In The Trailer For Part II Of Season 5

That handsome little devil, Lucifer, is back in the epic new trailer for the final half of season five. Things get biblical this season, as God himself comes to earth. Throughout the series, it’s been made clear that God is pissed about Lucifer’s behavior and his time spent on earth, now Lucifer will have to face his father and likely feel his wrath. When God (Dennis Haysbert) comes, a lot of chaos is going to follow,“Woodside said in a recent interview. “We pick up literally two seconds from where we ended, and Amenadiel is absolutely humiliated that God saw him behaving the way that he was with his brothers because as the oldest, he’s really supposed to be the one that sets the example — and he was not doing that!” You guys are gonna s–t yourself when you see that trailer,” Henderson said. “It is awesome. I mean, the season itself is awesome, but when you guys see the
