Who Or What’s Killing ‘Fortnite’?

Back in July of 2017, Epic Games released a multiplayer game that seemed unique at the time, Fortnite. The third-person shooter has players teaming up with friends as they fight off waves of zombies and gather supplies to build up fortifications in order to protect their objective. The game soon changed into what we now know as today as Fortnite: Battle Royal. In this version, 100 players enter a play area with nothing; they gather supplies, build cover, outrun a health-draining storm, all the while trying to be the last one alive. In a fortnight (pun intended) the game’s popularity blew up especially with kids (under the age of 18). The game’s bright colors, animations, lack of violence (no blood or gore), humor, and the fact alone that it’s FREE, attracted many players around the world. So why is its popularity declining? Ghost’s Papa Emeritus I, II, And III Are Touring…Sort Of

Ghost fans will be happy to hear that the three original Papas will be on Ghost’s new tour and VIPs will get to meet them…there’s only a catch…they’re dead. In the latest video put out by Ghost (see below) it shows the three original Papas (playing Uno) before being told that they’re being reinstated and will be going on tour and will be immortalized. Soon afterward you see on of the Nameless Ghouls come up behind Papa Emeritus III and jabbing a syringe in his neck. Next, there’s a sort of music video where you see the Papas being embalmed and dressed up, implying that the three Papas were euthanized to make way for the new frontman Cardinal Copia. It’s been implied in past videos that the three Papas were brothers, part of a “pure” bloodline in which Copia is not. Possible Charges For ‘Dumbest Criminal’ Logan Paul

Logan Paul, disgraced YouTuber, overnight has-been, internet nobody, and now the “Dumbest Criminal” in Japan’s history. Earlier this month, Japanese police announced they wanted to talk to Paul in regards to the video of him and his friends filming the body of a suicide victim while joking about it. Though the original controversy surrounded him using the victim as a prop it turned out he used Japan as a whole as a prop for his vlogs and as a result, he’s possibly facing four misdemeanor charges mainly involving disturbing the peace and traffic violations. An ex-detective gave Paul the title of being the “dumbest criminal” because he willingly filmed himself breaking the law, you can see a “highlight reel” put together by Nextshark below. Logan Paul Cut Off From YouTube & Google

YouTube and Google released a statement announcing that internet disgrace, Logan Paul, will no longer be associated with them and was removed from Google’s advertising tier Google Preferred. That means Paul will no longer receive ad revenue for his videos, in short, he won’t be making money on YouTube and Google anymore. To add more salt on the wound, YouTube Red will be halting shows and movies that Paul was involved with, including the sequel to the thriller The Thining, putting the production in jeopardy, maybe Christopher Plummer is available? The action taken by Paul’s former gravy trains was a result of relentless public outcry as well as outcries from other YouTubers over Paul’s video of him in Japan’s Aokigahara forest where he and his friends filmed the body of a suicide victim and proceeded to make jokes about it. Logan Paul Has A New Problem, Japanese Police

The most hated man on the internet who “Dabs on Haters” can’t Dab his way out of this one. Police officials from Yamanashi prefecture want to speak with Logan Paul in relation to his disastrous click-bait video that shows him and his friends in Japan’s “Suicide Forest” where they found the remains of a victim of suicide and joke around while filming it. It’s unclear why the Police wish to speak with Logan since they’re declining to comment, in Japan whenever a suicide is involved. Though there have been many documentaries made in Japan’s Suicide Forest, Logan Paul’s is a first of its kind where the ones filming, visibly show disrespect and exploit the situation. A side note, contrary to popular belief Japan does not have the highest suicide rates in the world. Youtube celebrity Logan Paul became the world’s most hated person two days into 2018. Paul ‘s claim to fame began with comedic Vine videos he made with his brother, Jake before the two moved to Youtube and became “Internet Famous”, a term often used to describe Youtube fame. Some of the following information may be considered disturbing. On December 31st, 2017, Paul posted a vlog (video blog) of him and his friends going to Aokigahara, Japan’s famed “Suicide Forest” where people often go to commit suicide in the dense forest. The vlog, as he reportedly stated in the video was to be a “funny vlog”, so going to a place known for mass suicides is the best choice (I’m being very facetious). Gamers Explore Thai Horror In ‘Home Sweet Home’

Many Gamers love a good horror game, especially when they deal with the supernatural in ways we’re not culturally familiar with. Most foreign horror games many gamers are familiar with come from Japan exposing many to Japanese styles of Ghost Storytelling. A game came out this year in September that’s exposing players to Ghost Storytelling from Thailand in Home Sweet Home, a first-person, stealth-horror game from Thai developer Yggdrazil Group Co. Players take on the role of a man whose wife has been missing resulting in him becoming depressed and distant. He awakes in what appears to be a dorm room where he later encounters the violent spirit of a young woman; he awakens in his home thinking it was a dream, till he looks under the stairs in his home. The game takes players into a Thai horror movie-like experience where they must solve puzzles and use stealth to avoid being attacked by the vengeful spirits of individuals whose

Haunted Japanese Tunnel You Can Visit (On Youtube)

Youtube user TheJapanChannelDcom, an Australian now living in Japan with 98k subscribers, posts videos on his channel showcasing daily life in Japan. The Youtuber has video playlists for specific topics all intended to prepare and educate people who are planning to visit or move to Japan. His video posted on November 17th was a bit different from his regular posts, this time he was visiting (or at least driving through) a tunnel that’s said to be haunted. The video starts off with the Youtuber driving through the mountains explaining the story and history before driving through the haunted tunnel that opened in 1960. After exiting the tunnel the Youtuber pulls off to a foot of an old path leading to the original haunted tunnel that was opened in 1897. Japan has a history of stories of haunted tunnels as long as these tunnels themselves but that I’ll save for another time! For now, you can check out the double feature
