Fox has ordered the pilot for the series adaption of Justin Cronin’s post-apocalyptic vampire series ‘The Passage’, from executive producer Ridley Scott, EW reports.
Synopsis:
The post-apocalypse story follows a botched U.S. government experiment that turns a group of death row inmates into highly infectious vampires, and an orphan girl who might be the only person able to stop the ensuing crisis.
Stephen King once called the novel trilogy the series is upon, “One of the great achievements in American fantasy fiction”.
