Six teenagers, looking for a secret place to party, hold up in an abandoned asylum. The teens accidentally let loose an angry spirit, intent on hunting down, possessing and killing the teens one by one.
Marcus Nispel, behind films such as the 2003 ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ remake and 2009’s ‘Friday the 13th’, took a step away from horror-slashers to try his hand with this paranormal movie, originally titled ‘The Asylum’. The movie has recently been renamed ‘Exeter’ and promises to take gore to a whole new level.
‘Exeter’ stars Brett Dier (Grace), Brittany Curran (Chicago Fire), Jarret LeMaster (Bounty), Kelly Blatz (Prom Night), Jenny Shakeshaft (Brotherhood) Stephan Lang (The Men Who Stare At Goats) and Gage Golightly, who will be appearing in Cabin Fever (2015).
The release date for ‘Exeter’ has not yet been announced, but it will be out later in 2015.
