The “Four Horsemen” the group of sadistic men are the most notorious serial killers of all times and they are all incarcerated in the infamous Dodhoff Prison aka The Death House, in the maximum security wing, located in  the building’s basement. The “Four Horsemen” includes  an arsonist (Robert Englund), a cannibal (Gunner Hansen),  a surgeon who enjoys murder, mutilation and torture (Bill Mosley), and killer (Doug Bradley) who has a fascination with spiders. A New prisoner has just been transferred to the wing, a Hitler-wannabe, with a large following, played by Sid Haig (The Devil’s Rejects). It’s not a good time to be introducing a new inmate to the group, the transfer is on the same day a collage professor (Dee Wallace) has brought the students of her psychology class to view the killers in their every day prison lives. During the class’ tour the warden, played by Danny Trejo, notices that a group is trying to pull off a prison break to set free Haig’s character. The group’s only shot at survival is setting loose the “Horseman” and raising a little Hell.
