‘The X-Files‘ has added two new cast members to their roster this week. ‘The Flash’ star Robbie Amell has joined the cast as FBI agent Miller.’Six Feet Under’ actress Lauren Ambrose has also been added to new series. Ambrose will play the role of Agent Einstein. Amell and Ambrose will star along side comedian Jole McHale of ‘The Soup’ and ‘The Americans’ actress Annet Mahendru , who are also joining the series. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, are both returning to their roles as Mulder and Scully. Mitch Pileggi (Skinner) and William B. Davis (The Smoking Man) will also be returning.
Amell and Ambrose
The series confirmed earlier today that the group known as “The Lone Gunmen”, who are fan favorites, will also appear in the rival. Even though the group met a horrible fate at the end of season nine, the new series has a plan for their return in the six episode series. The Lone Gunmen are played by Dean Haglund, Bruce Harwood and Tom Braidwood.
