A new trailer for writer-director Michael Kehoe’s supernatural thriller The Hatred, originally named Alice, has now been unveiled.
In the film, based on Kehoe’s short film Hush, centers on four young women who travel to their college professor’s country home for a weekend getaway, only to discover that the house has a malevolent past.
Sarah Davenport (Dusk), Andrew Divolf (Demons), Darby Walker (Girl Meets World), Gabrielle Bourne (Pitch), Bayley Corman (2 Broke Girls), Alisha Wainwright (Major Crimes), David Naughton (An American Werewolf in London), Amanda Wyss (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Shae Smolik (Trafficked), Nina Siemaszko (The West Wing), Ronnie Gene Blevins (Twin Peaks), Musetta Vander (Under the Bed) and Andrew Matarazzo (Teen Wolf) star in this haunting tale.
The Hatred, produced by Malek Akkad, the producer of Halloween, is currently making it’s rounds at film festivals where it is being well received. A release date will be announced at the end of its tour by Anchor Bay Entertainment.
