Jackson Robert Scott, the kid who played Georgia in Stephen King’s It, has joined the cast of Orion Picture’s Descendant.
Inspired by films like The Omen, the Nicholas McCarthy (The Pact, At the Devil’s Dorr) is directing movie written by Jeff Buhler (The Midnight Meat Train), THR reports.
The film centers on a young mother who, concerned about her 8-year-old son’s disturbing behavior, thinks something supernatural may be affecting him.
Production is set to kick off this month in Toronto. Daniel Bekerman, Lisa Zambri, Nick Spicer, and Buhler are executive producing the film.
