Ninja Theory is again taking the gaming experience to a whole other level in “Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice VR Edition”. The BAFTA award-winning game will now have a VR feature that will launch on Steam on July 31, 2018, for the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
The VR feature will be free to those who already purchased the game on Steam. The story will still be in third-person but the headset will now act as the camera as well as an aid in controlling Senua’s movements.
“Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice” is a dark fantasy game about a young Pict woman named Senua who has come to the land of the “Northmen” to travel to their underworld to rescue the soul of her lover who was sacrificed to Hel, the Northmen’s goddess of the underworld. The main focus of the story is that Senua suffers from Psychosis that affects how she sees the world on her journey.
