Jeremy Saulnier, the filmmaker behind Murder Party, Green Room, and Hold the Dark, is teaming up with Netflix once again for the thriller Rebel Ridge.
Variety is reporting that Attack the Block and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actor John Boyega will star.
The site describes the film as “a high-velocity thriller that explores systemic American injustices through bone-breaking action sequences, suspense, and dark humor.”
Filmscience and Bonneville Pictures are co-producing Rebel Ridge alongside Saulnier, Neil Kopp, Anish Savjani, and Vincent Savino. Macon Blair will serve as executive producer.
