After just seven months, the streaming service Quibi is closing thanks to reportedly low viewership, a horde of technical problems, and a nasty lawsuit, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Designed as a service meant to be watched on-the-go on your phone, Quibi was the home of Sam Raimi’s “50 States of Fright” which explores stories based on urban legends from every state, taking viewers deeper into the horrors that lurk just beneath.

This also means that “Don’t’ Look Deeper will end and  Tomie from Alexandre Aja will no longer happen, at least not on Quibi. “The Stranger” starring Maika Monroe and Dane DeHaan will also be dead in the water.

Quibi really did offer some great series and we’re sad to see them go. We hope that the series and movies all find a new home. There has been no announcement at this time exactly when Quibi will pull the plug, but when they do we’ll let you know.
