Merry Christmas, everyone! I love the ever-growing genre of Holiday Horror and Jeff C. Carter has added a brand new collection of short stories to the holiday horror world. His collection We Bleed Red and Green is not ONLY a short story collection, but a unique, fun, gory, original collection of stories, poetry, parodies, coded messages and more.

In his book, Carter does not shy away from horror and gore, but he also finds a way to really have the Christmas spirit present in his world of darkness and fear. This anthology is a perfect way for Carter to show off his writing abilities in a variety of styles. As much as I enjoyed each individual story, I enjoyed how unique each story was from each other and how well each story was written. This collection never gets repetitive or boring, it is a different feeling and a different nightmare on every page.

Some stories are clever and funny, some are thought-provoking, and some simply want to make you turn on all your Christmas lights and never be alone in a dark room again. Whichever part of Christmas or horror appeals to you, you will find it in this book. You will not be disappointed! Head here, grab this book, and read/re-read it every year right after you watch Rudoph.

We Bleed Red & Green presents 12 chilling tales for the holidays from author Jeff C. Carter.

Santa gets tough on the Naughty List, a shut-in becomes addicted to a mysterious snow globe, and a poor inventor must forge his escape from a deadly curse. See how the Christmas spirit haunts playgrounds, dive bars, desperate thieves and jungle explorers.

If you have ever asked Santa for stories as black as coal that hook you like a candy cane, then you bleed red & green.
