Vertical Entertainment has announced the February release date for the pandemic horror film Safer at Home whose trailer teases that isolation can be deadly.
Set two years into the pandemic, a group of friends decides to throw an online party with a night of games, drinking, and drugs. But after taking ecstasy, things go terribly wrong and the safety of their homes become more terrifying than the raging chaos outside.
Directed by Will Wernick (Escape Room) who co-wrote the film with Lia Bozonelis, the film stars Jocelyn Hudon, Emma Lahana, Adwin Brown, Alisa Allapach, Michael Kupisk, Daniel Robaire, and Dan J. Johnson.
Safer at Home opens in select theaters and arrives on VOD and Digital on February 26, 2021, from Vertical Entertainment.
